The Role Defined

FindMine is at the forefront of a new market, and is seeking a Sales Development Representative to spur demand in our sales organization.  We’re looking for an overachiever to help build and maintain our sales pipeline.   Reporting to the VP of Sales and collaborating closely with our Marketing Team, you’ll source, drive, and build relationships with prospects across key verticals (Retail, Fashion, Cosmetics, Jewelry and Home Goods). Job Description

  • Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to them to book appointments for product demonstrations

  • Reaching out to leads captured and nurtured by the Marketing Team to book demonstrations

  • Providing feedback to Marketing Team regarding quality of marketing-sourced leads

  • Clearly communicating FindMine’s value propositions to prospects and learning about their needs to see if there’s a good fit

  • Providing support to Account Executive team as needed

What you should have

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • 6 months to 2 years of relevant business development experience

  • Able to think strategically and tactically. Able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure

  • Be personable on the phone and using video conferencing tools

  • Medium proficiency using tools such as:  Zoom, Salesforce, GSuite.
