Head of Product Marketing

The Head of Product Marketing at FindMine will lead go-to-market strategy and execution as FindMine continues its rapid growth and brand adoption acceleration across the retail industry. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the B2B marketing best practices and product go-to-market strategies with cross-functional expertise in product messaging & positioning, category creation, demand generation, and sales/partner enablement.

Top priorities are:

  • Product Marketing: Build and lead product marketing including strong messaging, positioning, buyer understanding, and sales enablement. Tell an effective story, influencing top brands why the FindMine content engine is critical to their success across use cases.

  • Demand Generation: Build an effective and scalable demand generation engine with a goal to increase inbound conversions to meetings, prospect conversations, leading to pipeline and closed revenue. Apply customer and prospect data insights to continuously improve conversions.

  • Product Direction: Ensure product roadmap and features support market opportunities through integrations, go-to-market partners, and customer feedback. 

  • Your Team: Lead with passion. Manage, develop, and mentor a growing team of marketing and product pros.


  • Ensure alignment across marketing, product, sales and customer success on the go-to-market & target account strategy.

  • Build an annual marketing plan and budget, manage quarterly reporting on key success metrics.

  • Guide product roadmap critical capabilities based on market demands, with product management.

  • Engage closely with customers and partners to influence product direction and increase platform integrations.

  • Continue to boost brand awareness across key brands and retailers through campaigns and partnerships.

  • Plan and execute events that provide speaking opportunities and brand exposure to target accounts.

  • Own ongoing public relations efforts and analyst relations programs.

  • Develop sales materials (decks, emails, collateral, etc) for all stages of the funnel and opportunity pipeline.
