THE ROLE DEFINED

FindMine seeks a part-time Business & Operations Intern to support daily product-related activities, reporting directly to Director of Customer Experience. They must be a current undergraduate or graduate student. The ideal candidate is eager to serve in a high-paced, complex, start-up environment. This high-energy and resourceful collaborator is excited to jump in, learn new skills, make recommendations, and optimize performance. The primary responsibility will be to support our existing customers and their use of our product. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company with leading retail clients.

Available for remote work.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prefer college major, recent graduate or relevant coursework in business, engineering or liberal arts

  • An eye for detail and strong organizational abilities

  • The ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment

  • A positive attitude

  • Integrity

  • Strong written and verbal communications

  • Strict attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines

  • Proficient in Office applications (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe

  • A ‘make it happen’ attitude – someone who is scrappy and creative

Nice to have (but not mandatory) qualifications include:

  • Experience managing databases and analyzing data

  • Experience in corporate retail, retail technology, and/or SaaS

  • Experience or interest in fashion or merchandising

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the day-to-day business operations by performing quality assurance, supporting our clients, and optimizing outfits, particularly during launches of new seasons/collections

  • Generate insights that help our existing customers get more value from the product

  • Pull data and create reports and spreadsheets to analyze the performance of key accounts

  • Participate in product roadmap brainstorming sessions and contribute suggestions

  • Other relevant research projects as needed

  • Support relevant admin tasks as needed
