We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute our go-to-market efforts. The ideal candidate is a driven self-starter, a collaborator, and a strategic thinker who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and has domain expertise in ecommerce. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product adoption, create demand generation, and enable the success of our sales team.
Product Marketing: Develop and implement effective product marketing strategies. This includes compelling messaging, defining the product positioning, gaining a deep understanding of the buyer, and providing sales enablement support. Your mission will be to tell a compelling story that influences leading brands to recognize the indispensable value of FindMine’s content engine across various use cases.
Demand Generation: Build a demand generation engine that is both efficient and scalable. The ultimate goal is to increase awareness and inbound conversions, leading to productive meetings with prospects and ultimately resulting in pipeline growth and revenue. To accomplish this, you will leverage customer and prospect data insights to continuously optimize conversion rates and maximize results.
Sales Enablement: Create and deliver effective sales collateral that support the sales team in achieving their objectives. Your goal will be to provide the sales team with a deep understanding of the value proposition, product features, and key messaging to effectively communicate with prospects and customers. To accomplish this, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including the executives, product, and customer success to ensure that the sales team has access to the most relevant and up-to-date information. You will also monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and continuously refine them to ensure maximum impact.
Develop and execute the go-to-market plan while ensuring alignment across marketing, product, sales and customer success
Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape
Collaborate with Sales to develop marketing collateral, events, and other sales enablement materials for all stages of the funnel and opportunity pipeline
Plan and execute events that provide speaking opportunities and brand exposure to target accounts
Develop and execute brand awareness and lead generation campaigns to drive customer acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing programs and make data-driven decisions to optimize future efforts
Own ongoing public relations efforts and analyst relations programs
